This weekend we have 4 baptisms. the familia Capdepon. we found them a few weeks ago, its a couple and their 3 little girls. they make little money selling juice and different desserts in the street. they have had times when theres nothing to eat but the oranges they find in their backyard. but they trust in the Lord, and the Lord has trusted in us to help them to find truth. they are so ready, they are praying as a family, their 11 year old reads the book of mormon everytime we leave them something, and she takes it to school with her so she can read even more. they payed their tithing yesterday, SO AWESOME and when we went to see them on saturday she was busy washing all the clothes of the week, saying she had always done it on sunday, but now they are going to be obedient. and she said they had just gotten back from shopping because they aren't going to be buying things on sunday anymore. such a testimony builder. so they will be getting married on wednesday, baptized on valentines day.
more to tell, no more time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stay strong, do whats right!!!! then let the consequences follow!!!
love, hermana zimmerman
